For the second year in a row, Midnatt is launching a stool in collaboration with the house manufacturer Sommarnöjen. This versatile little stool has been named +2 and features a striped seat in off-white and burnt orange. We are also re-releasing the +1 stool, featuring a blue and off-white striped seat, in a limited edition.

Sustainable design in solid birch
The stools are crafted from solid birch with a robust, striped seat made from fabric remnants from Midnatt’s production. The +2 stool works just as well as a small side table for your favorite books as it does as an extra seat around the dinner table or in a cozy corner on the patio. Additionally, it serves as a beautiful detail when folded against the wall, waiting for the next unexpected guest.

About the collaboration
Sommarnöjen is a Swedish company that designs, builds, and delivers turnkey homes characterized by great architecture and natural materials. The houses are manufactured in Sommarnöjen’s own factory. Since 2005, the company has efficiently and sustainably delivered homes to satisfied customers across the Nordic region.

The design was developed in close collaboration with designer Christian Berglin.
