From the time the customer has received the goods, the customer has 30 days to return the order. The right to return an item can be invoked for any reason. In order to return the goods, they must be in unbroken original packaging (broken packaging of our towels, napkins and tablecloths are however accepted) and in an unchanged condition. The customer should always contact Midnatt's customer service at customer@midnatthome.com if they wish to regret a purchase, in order to receive a return slip.

For returns within Sweden, we charge a return shipping cost of 79 SEK. It will be deducted from the refund. For international returns, the same instructions apply, with the only difference that the cost deducted from the refund is the same as the cost of the original shipping. For orders over €200 (or the local-currency equivalent — 2000 SEK or 1600 DKK) within the EU, granted free shipping, the return cost will correspond to the standard shipping price for that country.
