Please note that sizes of duvet covers varies between most countries and our measurements are suited for the Scandinavian market.
Delivery of goods ordered at Midnatthome.com is provided by PostNord AB for Sweden, Denmark and Finland. DHL for other countries. We will process your order within 2-4 business days. During high season and sale, this might take a few extra days.
Delivery time vary slightly from country to country, but for zone 1, 8 och 9 shipments take 1-3 business days. To other zones it takes 3-7 business days. For Guernsey, Jersey, Liechtenstein and San Marino may take up to 9 days.
Shipping is free within Sweden. For other countries the shipping price is as follows:
ZONE 1: 7,50 EURO
ZONE 2: 15 EURO
ZONE 3: 17 EURO
ZONE 4: 18 EURO
ZONE 6: 20 EURO
ZONE 7: 26 EURO
ZONE 8: 30 EURO
When the order has left Midnatt AB’s warehouse, the customer is informed by email. An additional message is sent to the customer when the ordered goods are available for pickup from a postal agent.
TAXES & CUSTOMS
All prices quoted on Midnatthome.com are inclusive of Swedish VAT. For international customers outside EU, additional import duties, taxes and fees may be imposed by the destination country. Such additional costs are paid by the buyer. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these specific additional costs might be for your order.
From the time the customer has received the goods, the customer has 14 days to return the order or exchange it. The right to return an item can be invoked for any reason. In order to return/exchange the goods, they must be in original condition and in unbroken original packaging. The customer should always contact Midnatt’s customer service if he or she wishes to regret or exchange the purchase, in order to obtain a return slip.
We will charge the customer for the cost of the return or exchange. The customer is responsible for the item until it arrives at Midnatt AB.
